Now this is some serious fashion! And its so fascinating. you've probably heard of the blogs foxyman(Nadia) and di$count before. Well Nadia and Cami (both@Di$count) have got some serious fashion design skills which you've all probably had a taste of before, the garments themselves are outstanding. I see this style of clothing as sculptural, tonal and different and its the type of thing Ive always aspired to do. I hope to eventually get to this stage in my world of fashion and textiles. At the minute I'm producing prints for a basic garment which soon I will be sharing with you. Anyway, the styling and look of these collections are extraordinary, i almost want it to be a trend. I thought i'd share these amazing designs with you as i thought the work gone into these is immense. i can see the whole design process and how its come to this. enjoy.

a 'Taylor' like me

Taylor Momsen is probably the best dressed celeb at the moment, i've seen her looks recently in magazines and on blogs and that. she dresses so fucking cool! gotta get some of those stockings on with shorts and suspenders, really loving the trend at the minute. but i think i'd feel a bit naked if i were to wear them. we'll see what happens.

new wedges.

I bought these wedges at Office for a bargain the other day, so pleased with them because i can never get my size in sale shoes! they really smarten up an outfit.I wore them on New Years day round at my boyfriend's families house. I don't normally dress very feminine, i like my pants and dark colours so this look was very different for me.

upgrade, well tried

i've had these boots over a year now, they were a cheap pair i bought for about £20. i definitely wore them through because they were so comfortable. i've never been sure about the length of the boots, always thought they made my feet look big. i'm a size 7 as it is already (UK) anyway, decided to stud them a little with a few last studs i had left in my spare room. could've done with a few more to fill them out a little bit more. here's the result anyway!

beautiful editorial, love the colour scheme in this shoot, abbey seems to always come across more amazing when shot in paler colours. i see it as a way of portraying her natural tones. some gorgeous pieces going on with the styling though, whos designed the leatherish looking harness top piece with bolts. thats my favourite piece. x

its a new year.

i layered this look way too much, but it was so cold i felt i had too. was going to a killswitch gig that night. wanted to see them for a while now, so was nice suprise.


HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all, and i hope everyone had a lovely christmas too!thanks to all my readers, and apologies for the absence over the holidays, i love family time and it's something i miss a lot since starting university. its quite funny actually as i only live 30 minutes drive away. i'm quite sentimental like that!! lets hope the new year brings the best to all of us!
time to work harder this year and make an effort in everything i do.
