L'étoffe De La Création

so i've just had my brief about my next project which lasts three weeks, the idea is to look at garment details and take inspiration to design and produce our own garments details, things like, fastenings, fabric manipulation, placement of details and there functions etc. finally, the garment details we have designed must be used on our own designed garments. fabulous! i'm excited.

i now have reasons to post these images!! so much detail on so many clothes, its mental when you look carefully. intriguing.

golden gucci

so i saw this gucci ad in grazia, and i straight away fell in love with the shoes and pants! so i went looking for the ad campaign to see if there were anymore mouth-watering assets. and instead i came across the fall 08/09 ad campaign. just loving everything about all these outfits. even the makeup. the embellishment and details are amazing here. studs, gold and silver additions, the jewellery. it all just works for me.
